By downloading, installing, or using the Victory app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.

Description of Service

Victory is a personal development app designed to help users track their daily achievements and build confidence through a gamified system. The app allows users to log personal victories, track progress, and maintain motivation through streaks and level progression.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Victory only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or activity
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
  • Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, including your victory entries and personal data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and its accuracy.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. By using Victory, you agree to our privacy practices.

Intellectual Property

Victory and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Victory App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Victory.

Disclaimers

Victory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While Victory is designed to support personal development, it is not a substitute for professional mental health services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

App Store Terms

If you download Victory from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Apple's Terms of Service and that Apple is not responsible for Victory or any issues related to the app. Apple is not a party to these Terms of Service.

Updates and Modifications

We may update Victory from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app and update the "Last updated" date.

Termination

You may stop using Victory at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to Victory if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all data stored locally on your device will remain accessible to you unless you choose to delete it.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
