How do I add my first victory?
Open the Victory app and tap the "Add Victory" button. Write a description of your achievement, select a category (Work, Health, Social, Creative, Learning, or General), and tap "Celebrate Victory!" to save it. Your victory will be added to your daily list and contribute to your progress.
How does the level system work?
Victory uses a gamification system where you earn experience points and levels. You gain 1 confidence point for each victory you log. Every 10 victories, you level up and unlock new avatar images. Your level progress is displayed with a circular progress bar around your avatar.
What is a victory streak?
A victory streak is the number of consecutive days you've logged at least one victory. Your current streak is displayed with a flame icon 🔥 on your main screen. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 0. Building a long streak helps maintain momentum and build consistency.
How do daily reminders work?
Victory sends a daily reminder notification at 8:00 PM to help you remember to log your victories. You can grant notification permissions when you first open the app. The reminder helps you maintain your streak and build a consistent habit of celebrating your wins.
Can I edit or delete victories?
Currently, Victory focuses on celebrating and logging victories as they happen. Each victory is timestamped and stored permanently to maintain the integrity of your progress tracking. If you need to make changes, please contact support.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes! Victory stores all your data locally on your device using Core Data. Your victories, progress, and personal information never leave your device. We don't collect, store, or share any personal data. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
How do I restore my data on a new device?
Since Victory stores data locally on your device, transferring to a new device requires starting fresh. We're working on adding iCloud sync in future updates to make this process seamless. In the meantime, your victories are safely stored on your current device.
