At Victory, we believe your personal data should remain personal. That's why we've designed our app with privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains how Victory handles your information when you use our iOS application.

Data Collection

Current Version: Victory currently collects ZERO personal data. The app is designed to work entirely on your device. All your victories, progress, and personal information are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's Core Data framework. We currently do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on our servers.

Future Features: We may add optional features in future versions that could include: cloud synchronization, annual victory summaries powered by AI, or data analytics to help you understand your progress patterns. Any such features would be clearly disclosed and would require your explicit consent before implementation.

What Data Stays on Your Device

Victory stores the following information locally on your device:

• Your victory entries and descriptions
• Victory categories and timestamps
• Your progress statistics (level, streak, total victories)
• App preferences and settings
• Notification preferences

Data Sharing

Current Version: We do not share, sell, or transmit any of your data to third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there is no data for us to share. Your victories and progress are yours alone.

Future Features: If we introduce optional cloud features or AI-powered summaries, any data processing would be done with industry-standard encryption and security measures. We would never sell your personal data to third parties. Any third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) would be used only for processing your data to provide requested features, and we would ensure they comply with strict privacy standards.

Analytics and Tracking

Victory does not use any analytics services, tracking tools, or third-party SDKs that would collect your personal information. We don't track your usage patterns, location, or any other behavioral data.

Notifications

Victory requests permission to send you local notifications to remind you to log your daily victories. These notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve any external services. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Data Security

Your data is protected by Apple's security measures for local data storage. Since your information never leaves your device, it's protected by your device's security features including device encryption, Touch ID, Face ID, and passcode protection.

App Store Information

When you download Victory from the App Store, Apple may collect information about your download and usage according to their privacy policy. This information is collected by Apple, not by Victory, and is subject to Apple's privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever need to update this privacy policy, we will notify users through the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We will never change our core commitment to keeping your data private and local to your device.
